More Evidence

Here is an excellent article that was written about 13 years ago. However, it remains relevant. I have listed the hi light to the article. Please give this article a read here……!

1. Anti-depressants may take several weeks to fully “kick in”, this may be true with the benefits of cycling as well. So be patient!

2. Biking may be better than other forms of exercise.

3. Depression is becoming an epidemic and biking should be encouraged as a form of treatment if possible.

4. We are finally putting money into researching the benefits of cycling on mental health.
