Here is an awesome paper written by Inas Rashad, 2007. It continues to build on the evidence that bicycling has the potential to improve mental well-being. The article touches on some very good points. The straight and narrow is…….. that cycling is beneficial. I praise Inas and the work done to promote cycling, not just for physical, but also mental health.
