This blog is devoted to the correlation between biking and well-being. However, there is a common belief that only people without physical barriers can par take. This is all too wrong and fortunately so. Physical barriers such as paralysis or blindness are just that…..barriers. They can be broken, but they can also be the root of severe mental anguish and distress.
Thankfully when there is a will there is a way! Cycling can be adjusted for almost everybody to experience regardless of the physical barrier. This video is an amazing display of that. The bike can be an exciting source of movement and when movement is a daily struggle, this is truly gratifying!
